NO CHOLESTEROL MATZOH BALLS III

Beat egg whites until they can stand in the corner by themselves. Fold in motzah meal until well blended. Chill for about 30 minutes. Form into balls with hands. (I did about 1 heaping teaspoon full per ball.)

Bring chicken broth (tastes great using vegetable broth) to boil. Add motzah balls and cook for about 20 minutes.
