Could you please tell me if capers and dark brown sugar is kosher for Passover?

Answer:
Fresh capers are acceptable. The problem is when oil and other inredients are bottled with it. I do not know where you can find Kosher for Passover capers in oil. Some brown sugar products are not acceptable. Domino brand brown sugar and Jack Frost brand do mark their brown sugar products with a "P" to show that they are acceptable for Passover
