Question:

I order food for a large corporate services food service facility.  I would
like to order  tuna and macaroons for our jewish customers during passover.
Do these two items need to be kosher for passover?  or is regular kosher
okay?

Answer:

Both of these foods are processed items and other ingredients are used
during the processing.  They both therefore need to be certified Kosher for
Passover.  Because some customers will be wary if the products are truly
Kosher for Passover you should consider displying the Kosher for Passover
certifiction mark from the packaging next to the food.
